About

We match the stack to your product and business goal — not the other way around.

We are a Polish software house founded in 2017 — that adds up to 9 years of experience and a tight-knit in-house team. We write the code ourselves, with no subcontractors or middlemen.

We prefer long-term partnerships over one-off gigs: we get into your product, learn how your company actually works and stay to grow it after launch. We work iteratively, with staging access — no black boxes.

AI in practice

AI that earns its place — in your product and process

Seven areas where AI genuinely cuts work and sharpens decisions. We add it where it pays off — not for the buzzword.

  • Chatbots and AI assistantsconversational

Assistants that answer questions and guide users based on your data, not the model's general knowledge.

  • Content and data classificationclassification

Automatically sorting content, tickets and leads by your company's own rules.

  • Information extraction from documentsextraction

Pulling specific fields from contracts, invoices and emails — ready to save into your system.

  • OCR and document analysisOCR

Reading text from scans and photos and making sense of it — no manual retyping.

  • Recommendations and predictionspredictive

Forecasts and suggestions from your data history — from spending predictions to setting priorities.

  • AI inside CRMs and operational systemsembedded AI

AI built into your CRM and everyday tools, not a separate gadget bolted on beside the process.

  • Integrations with AI models and servicesintegrations

Connecting your product to OpenAI and Anthropic models, with agents and workflows built around them.

FAQ

The questions we hear most often.

Short answers here. The rest we can talk through on a call.

What kind of projects do you take on?

Custom web apps, CRMs, internal systems and SaaS products — usually for startups, SaaS companies and SMBs that need a tool built around their own process, not an off-the-shelf box.

Do you build CRMs and custom systems?

Yes, that is our strongest area. We design them from scratch around a specific company process — roles, automations and integrations shaped by how you actually work.

Can you help refine the idea before development?

Yes. We start with discovery and planning — sorting out scope, requirements and priorities so development begins from a clear picture, not a list of guesses.

How does pricing work?

We never quote blind. First a conversation and a clear set of requirements, then a concrete quote based on real scope — no hidden costs.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes — we extend existing apps, take over projects from a previous vendor and, when needed, rework the architecture. We start with a code review so we know where we stand.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes. We prefer long-term partnerships — after launch we stay to grow the product, maintain it and ship fixes. Full post-launch care, not a hand-off and disappear.

Do you add AI features to existing applications?

Yes, when AI genuinely improves the product — classification, OCR, assistants or data analysis. It should help the process, not be bolted on for the buzzword.
